Golf Fitness Bootcamp 2012

These five week programs will improve your general conditioning as you learn to utilize golf specific fitness exercises to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and power. This is a Bootcamp style workout, be ready to sweat! This program is appropriate for all golfers who want to get in better shape and includes a comprehensive TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Evaluation with Dynamic Golf Institute. Men, women, adults and juniors are welcome.
